Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our virtual assistant services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture client relationships post-sale
  • Ensure client satisfaction and success with our services
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies
  • Track and report on key customer success metrics
  • Provide training and onboarding for new clients
Requirements
  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships
  • Experience in the virtual assistant or service industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
