Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our virtual assistant services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships post-sale
- Ensure client satisfaction and success with our services
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
- Identify opportunities for account expansion
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Develop and implement customer success strategies
- Track and report on key customer success metrics
- Provide training and onboarding for new clients
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships
- Experience in the virtual assistant or service industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
