Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Document and track support tickets in ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation and FAQs
- Assist with software installations and configurations
- Provide training and guidance to end users
- Monitor system performance and report issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical support or IT helpdesk experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and common software applications
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Basic networking and hardware knowledge
- Familiarity with cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
- Patience and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
