Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Document and track support tickets in ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and FAQs
  • Assist with software installations and configurations
  • Provide training and guidance to end users
  • Monitor system performance and report issues
Requirements
  • 2+ years of technical support or IT helpdesk experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and common software applications
  • Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Basic networking and hardware knowledge
  • Familiarity with cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
  • Patience and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
